Okay, everyone!  We are going to write a poem TOGETHER based on Walter Dean Meyers' poem "Love that Boy."  I have chosen FIVE different lines.  Choose the line you can best relate to and work on that poem.  CHOOSE ONLY ONE COLLABORATIVE POEM TO WORK ON!
This is "first come, first serve"--you can't repeat someone else's line.  If they've already written a line you wanted to, you'll just have to go on to the next line. 
Rules:
1.  Always copy what the person wrote before you and then paste it into your comment, and add your line.  The next person will do the same!
2.  CHECK SPELLING!!  (type in word first, then spellcheck, then copy into blog!)
3.  Try your best to follow the original poem--the length of the lines, the rhymes, the "beat," the format...
